Physical books produced through print-on-demand (POD) services.

Product descriptions, images, colors, and previews are provided for informational purposes. Minor differences between product images and the final physical product may occur due to printing and display differences.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products and prices at any time.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that your device can download and open PDF files.

Digital Product License

When you purchase a digital GlobieTots product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or family educational purposes.

The purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the product to you.

You may not:

Resell or redistribute the PDF;
Share the PDF or download link with others;
Upload the PDF to websites, file-sharing services, social media, or public platforms;
Repackage or modify the product for resale;
Use the product to create or sell competing products;
Use the product for commercial purposes unless we have given you written permission.

For educational institutions, teachers, businesses, or other organizations that wish to use our materials commercially or for multiple users, please contact us regarding licensing.

3. PHYSICAL AND PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS

Physical books may be produced specifically after an order is placed through print-on-demand services.

Because products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, cancellation or modification may not always be possible once production has started.

Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, fulfillment provider, carrier, customs processing, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

4. ORDERS

When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in circumstances including:

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount paid for the canceled order will be refunded.

Physical Products

is owned by GlobieTots or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a GlobieTots product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights to you.
